Let’s find the way back.

Getting Back to What You Do

Whatever your passions, anxiety struggles can rob you of the joy you once felt. The good news is that anxiety is not uncommon or incurable. We can help you get back out there enjoying the things and people you love most.

Getting Back to Who You Are

Anxiety can make you feel like you’re losing the person you used to be. Don’t believe it. We’re eager to help you rediscover, reenergize and reconnect.

A Down to Earth Approach

Hi, my name is Greg, I’m an LCSW who gained most of my experience in New Jersey’s prisons and working with homeless veterans. In these environments I encountered a great deal of anxiety in others and experienced huge waves of it myself. I know from first hand experience that anxiety is beatable and I’m eager to be involved in that.

These environments also taught me the value of humility and authenticity as a practitioner. I understand that you’re the expert on your situation and you already have all that you need. I’d like to be there to help sort through it all.

Methods Rooted in Research

My approach, while flexible to your needs, is generally rooted in Acceptance Commitment Therapy. This school of thought recognizes anxiety as simply a tool of the mind meant to signal danger. It endeavors to accept anxiety for what it is and seeks to return it to the place it belongs - running from lions and bears.

I also have training and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in addition to traditional talk therapy. We can work together to tailor an approach that feels like a good fit.
